Maintainer for translations

Hey all,

In the past I have tried to keep an eye on the translations that were 
contributed to make sure they were incorporated into xfce in a timely 
manner. Currently, I suck at maintaining anything.

I think it would be awesome if someone would volunteer to keep the 
translations up-to-date. It's not a glamorous task, but a very important 
one.

The ideal candidate should probably be prepared to install the autotools 
versions we have agreed to use and be able to test if the po files 
'compile' correctly.
