Maybe window manager bug

Hello,

following is maybe a bug in xfwm4:

 a) Open an xterm in a empty desktop.
 b) Start a KDE application such as konqueror.
 c) Open a (normal modal) dialog in this application.
 d) Minimize both using the minimize function in the application
    (not dialog).
 e) Close the dialog.

Now the xterm gets focused, not the application but the application is
still on top.

I've another (commercial) application in which there's a similar effect,
but not the xterm which was focused before but another application (for
example another xterm) gets the focus. I think the two appearances
belong together.
