Getting ready for 4.0.1

I believe we are ready to release 4.0.1. Can we decide on a date for  
the release, say, this wednesday?

There were many translation updates, so we need to do a full release of
everything, except the theme modules. I'm not sure about the libraries.

So, what needs to be done:

* decide on what modules to release
--> I think: no themes, with libraries
* tag CVS
* create tarballs
--> I can do the above two items a day before release
* create rpms
* release notes / announcement
...
* profit, err, release

Olivier, what's a good date for you?
