xfce-mcs-manager make rpm fails

I checked out cvs today,and tried make rpm. Libs builded easily, but
xfce-mcs-manager gives me this error:

rpmbuild -ta xfce-mcs-manager-3.90.tar.gz
virhe: failed build dependencies:
        libxfce4util-devel >= @LIBXFCE4UTIL_REQUIRED_VERSION at vaatii xfce-mcs-manager-3.90-1
make: *** [rpm] Error 1

and when I replace that on xfce-mcs-manager.spec it builds ok,but stops
on this (devel package):

Processing files: xfce-mcs-manager-devel-3.90-1
Finding  Provides: (using /usr/lib/rpm/find-provides)...
Finding  Requires: (using /usr/lib/rpm/find-requires)...
Requires: xfce-mcs-manager
make: *** [rpm] Error 1

I'm running Suse 8.2
