move window to workspaces

"The "right-click" menu is allready on the windows titlabars
so all we need is the "send to > workspace 1,2,3" option in the menu.

I mean TASKBAR not TITLEBAR.
But "send to > workspace 1,2,3" option in yhe menu will be fine too.
