xffm settings and mcs

Edscott,

Changing the gui based on compile options is not the way to go
(unmanageable, bloated code, undocumentable, etc.)

So I removed all together the icon theme and size all together from mcs
plugin (choosing your option of having that in xffm instead), you might
have to change xffm accordingly (note that w/out defining anything, it
works fine right now)
