Removal of gtk+-2.2 requirement

Upgrading between patchlevels is safe (ie upgrading from gtk+-2.0.3 ->
2.0.6)

Upgrading from gtk-+2.0.x to 2.2.x isn't and can cause troubles
(specifically because libgnomeui-2.0.x had a bug that's causing all
gnome apps to crash when upgrading to gtk+-2.2)

So, yes, upgrading to 2.0.6 will be a minimum. But that's not too much
pain.
