Removal of gtk+-2.2 requirement

Olivier,

Madkiss just asked me if the soname was increased (ABI change) and I
looked at the versioning and I don't have complete knowledge on this,
but shouldn't the release be 1:0, instead of 0:22? (increasing 'current'
instead of 'revision', in libtool speak)
