Solaris theme for xfwm.

Until I did: "ln -s /usr/local/share/themes $HOME/.themes" I did not get
the stellar gtk-theme in the mcs-plugin selector. I'm not sure if this
is the correct way to proceed because it does seem a bit awkward....
