Panel Launcher entry validity checker ;)

It would be cool to have an validity checker for all the launchers in
the panel, which checks if the executeables given in the commands are
actually present ;)

Dunno if that is possible / easy... maybe we should do that when/if we
use .desktop files ;)

Just random thought ^^

(and I cleaned up my homedir right now, renaming the ~/bin directory to
~/.bin and wondered how to check where I called some prog out of that
directory)
