plugin paths have changed

Benny,
Such changes should be discussed and agreed first.
Now, half of the plugins don't place themselves in the (err, 'your"?)
right place so only half of the plugins are available (including xffm,
xfwm4, backdrops, etc.)
Please, please, this is supposed to be a team play! You are not alone
deciding for the whole project...
