I have been thinking about that. They don't really have to be
application usually. For xfterm it could be nice, because it has some
functionality for drag and drop (useful in the panel) and opening
certain file types.
Helper apps:
* terminal, perhaps with terminal execute option if not '-e'?
* file manager
* browser (for help files)
* screensaver command? Should perhaps be on the panel settings dialog.
Any others?
