mcs failing to load plugins

Michael,

What happens is that you build the module against your local copy of
xfce-mcs-manager.

First of all, rebuild and install xfce-mcs-manager, then afterwords, you
can build other components that use mcs plugins (xfce4, xfwm4,
xfce-mcs-plugins, xffm, etc.)
