system feeze with xffm

My harware configuation works quiet good. Normally my system doesn't crash.
I've 512MB ram and 1024MB swappartition.
When I normally work with xfce4 top says this about my swap usage:
Swap:  1052252K total,        0K used,  1052252K free,   310604K cached
