ENV vars

hi list,

i was asked the second time how to change the browser in which the xfce4 help
files are opened. i know that it is done via the env var BROWSER.

iirc xffm uses some ENVs too. so what about collecting all the env vars which
change the behavior of xfce4 and document them!?

if you want to i will collect them and make a file which could be added to the
documentation. all i need is some help with my english *eg*
