japanese translation fail

Benny,

Well, I do... Everytime I do a checkout, I get tons of .gmo updates.

And when I do a "make dist" some packages rebuild the gmo files, so
again, I'm desynchronized with CVS.

As you were bored with Makefile.am updates yourself, I'm sure you get my
point ;)
