switching desktops with mouse.. (possible bug)

Hi.

I use the function of switching the desktop when moving the mouse to the 
borders alot, and noticed that if you have a window that has a part of it on 
"the other desktop" so it overhemls the background then switching desktops is 
not possible by moving the mouse to the border.. It seems its only possible 
when there is a free area of the backdrop to switch the desktop this way. I 
think this should not be this way, in enlightenment wich has the same 
function (almost) works nicely.
