[bug] window titles with newlines

Hello,

if the window title contains a newline at the end the newline is
displayed, i.e. the title is not readable.

You get such window titles if you view Postscript documents produced on
a Microsoft windows system, because the newline is there \r\n and gv
includes the \r in the title. The taskbar handels them correct!

There's also a problem in the right-click desktop menu. I attached a
example Postscript document (gzip'ed).
