l10n of date tooltip in taskbar

Hello,

there's a problem with localization of the date tooltip in the panel.
For today it gives me

        Donnerstag, 19 June 2003

This is Denglish (German and English mixed). German would be

        Donnerstag, 19. Juni 2003

and English, of course,

        Thursday, 19 June 2003

Ok, the point is not the problem but the month name should be corrected.
That's my locale environment:
