alt-tab to panel

Hello,

what do you think about making the xfce panel always the last
application while switching with Alt-Tab.

I think following is annoying:

 * Working with several applications
 * Starting one new by clicking on the button in the panel.
 * Alt-tab brings me the panel as first application, not the one I
   worked with before I started the application.

BTW: CDE/KDE/Gnome don't switch to the panel at all. (Maybe as an option
in the windowmanager settings?)
