xffm-icons and automake??

Benedikt,

I did both. My usual install is ./configure && make && make install. When that errored I tried ./autogen.sh. That completed, but the make then error on the wrong automake version, well missing version 1.7. I am not sure what part of the first combined command errored as I was playing frozen bubble. :o)

Thanks,

Philip Dean

Well, XFce4 compiles flawlessly, all except xffm-icons. It complained that automake 1.7 was required. I did some snooping and MDK9.1 has automake 1.4.

Just to get things clear: Did you run configure or did you run autogen.sh?
