Xinerama

Hi.

I've managed to make my dual-headed video card to work, and I've
rebuild XFce 4 enabling xinerama support. 
I use 2 monitors with different resolutions.

Many things work fine :
- windows are maximized on the current head only
- dead areas are not used for maximization
- the taskbar only appears on one screen
- new windows appear on current head only

BUT :
- XFce4 mcs dialogs always pop up just between physical screens
- the taskbar is hidden in the bottom dead area of the smaller
  screen if I set it to appear at the bottom
- the width of the taskbar is lost for windows maximization on the
  other screen (the one with no taskbar)
- same behaviour for iconbox, depending on its starting position

Last thing (not xinerama-related) : the iconbox forgets size settings 
if I change its alignment from horizontal to vertical.
