What to do with CVS

Hi Jasper,
CVS migration is still not a high priority task IMHO. It basically
works, it could work better, but for now I think we have better things
to do.
As for tagging and branching, I'm waiting for everybody's green light to
tag the beta1.
Once we have xfce4 final released, we'll branch for next version
developpment. I think it's too early to branch now.
Still to do, though, add -lXext to xfwm4 linking or Solaris: I'm wating
for Benny to update the m4 scripts.
