Window manager "problem" with Moneyplex

Now I got it. It happens only if the "About" dialog was displayed
previously. It seems the problems is that this dialog is not displayed
on screen later but the help dialog is transient for it. (Correct me if
I'm wrong!)

If it's a bug in Netbeans I'll file it as bug there, hopefully with the
right words.
