Window manager "problem" with Moneyplex

This app looks a bit buggy to me because:
1) it sets transient for root win, which means "transient for all
windows in the same group"
2) but does not define a group leader, so there is no group at all. That
would mean transient for everything, hence the window is always shown on
all workspaces.
At least xfwm4 behaviour sounds logical to me...
