Since Oliver's gone home, I write a short report of what he figured
out so far:
1) Installed oroborus 2.0.12-1 on Solaris, works fine with SunPCI, so I
think its a xfwm4 problem (I hope he'll be able to do a backtrace
soon, so Olivier get the chance to figure out whats wrong).
2) The xfwm4-Withdrawn-windows-problem is not yet solved. Try the Java
ICQ client with Netscape 4.x from go.icq.com: xfwm4 will not always
reparent the message windows (NOTE: oroborus never reparents the windows),
running xprop on that window tells me the window is in Withdrawn
state. This is reproducable on my machine aswell, so I think its a
problem with xfwm4 (and oroborus). Gnome1 sawfish does reparent the
windows well everytime.
