If we are modifying defaults, I'd suggest a change to have xfce4-tips be
run on start-up.

The tips will be *really* handy for XFce4 newbies.

However, xfce4-tips probably needs to be tested somewhat. I get some
goofy behavior sometimes. It keeps resizing itself to various bizarre
dimensions when I choose new tips.
