Bug in xfce4-rc1

Hi Bruno,

  the same thing was happening to me when i got
a new mouse and didn't change XF86Config. Then
i realized something wrong was going on, got my
hands on XF86Config, modified it a bit and now
everything is fine...

You could try setting, inside the mouse "InputDevice"
Section:

  Option "Protocol" "Auto"

to let XFree autodetect your mouse protocol.
