Battery monitor for the XFce4 Panel

That's correct, it only works with APM. Eventually I
could try to get it working with ACPI, but I don't use
ACPI on my laptop so I would have no way of testing it
myself. If anybody else does and wants to modify it
for ACPI it shouldn't be too hard.
