XFce4 session manager (0.17)

Hey Benedikt:

Thought I'd let you know it makes and installs (with
checkinstall) and  gtk+-2.06  w/out problems.  Taskbar is
AOK too.  Thanks!  :)

BTW, the ~/.xfce4/splash  dir and ~/.xfce4/sessions/xfwm*
file were not created by default here... maybe they s/b?
