Submitting an XFWM4 theme

Here's a cleaned up version - I fixed up several visual glitches in
addition to the ones you pointed out. (There was a problem in the
bottom border of inactive windows, a single-pixel transparency
glitch on the bottom right corner of active windows, and some
border line unevenness.
