Submitting an XFWM4 theme

There are a few oddities: For example with focused windows, see the
"Window Manager" window on the screenshot. And the top-right border of
non-focused windows is weird, see the first terminal window and the
gnomeicu in the screenshot. Once you fixed it, I can import the theme
into xfwm4-themes (atleast if no one else complains).
