New xfce4 plugin...

Taking this to xfce4-dev.

That is excellent! In fact, I would like this to be part of the panel
even.

It could be added before 4.0, but that would mean breaking translations.
I'd like to take a vote on this [*]. I'd like to know what the other
developers think.

[*] I know we are supposed to be in string freeze, but IMO, we can and
should deviate from that if we all agree it would be better, provided
we give translators enough time to update.
