xftaskbar4 is now configurable

Olivier,

Thanks for the updates to xftaskbar, the disappearing toolbar is great. I can 
now get to glade...

Just a quick question on the pager, are you supposed to be able to move 
windows around with it like you could in the pager for xfce3?  The windows 
move in the pager but snaps back to the current position when you let go of 
the mouse button.
