I just added a xfhelp4 script to xfce-utils. Now everyone will see how
terribly unfinished our docs are ...
I also changed the creation of startxfce4 a bit. You can't use configure
to substitute @sysconfdir@ (or @datadir@, etc.), because ${prefix} is
not expanded. I copied some code from the autoconf manual to use a sed
command instead.
