new icon theming for xffm

Xffm is soon to have icon theming like the panel. That means a bunch of
files have been moved around the /usr/local/share/xffm/pixmaps
directory. So before you "make install" xffm again, it is recommendable
to do a "rm -rf  /usr/local/share/xffm/pixmaps".

The theming will be handled from the mcs-manager. Pixmaps for CDE look
have been added to CVS today. It's not yet active, but soon...
