Documentation update

Hi all,

Just to make everyone else feel ashamed about the lack of documentation
I'd like to announce a small update to the panel docs.

Since nobody reads these things anyway I decided to put in a series of
screenshots and leave out the text altogether ;-)

Seriously, much of the text is still missing, but the document structure
is taking shape and you can get a reasonable idea of how the panel
works from what is there now (with a little imagination).
