pager and cde desktop switcher split into separate plugins

Hi all,

Just FYI, I split the switcher plugin into separate modules for the cde
switcher and the graphical pager (I thought the code was a bit of a mess
and this clears some things up). So, if you used the pager, it will now
revert to the cde swithcer and you have to choose the graphical pager
module instead from the properties dialog.

I also changed the default config to use the pager instead. It just
looks a lot better IMO.
