Menu is ok now. A menu editor would be very nice, perhaps even required.

I have nothing right now. I think it's better to stabilize what is there
now and release that. I have some crazy ideas about turning the panel
into a gtk widget, but that is clearly not for 4.0.

Yes, I thought the same for the trash plugin. Not very important though.

The scripts can mostly be copied. And i do think they need to have the
'4' suffix, to make paralel installs with xfce3 possible.

Documentation is important. I still say this is a very good way for
someone to contribute and it doesn't require any coding skills. 

I won't be home this weekend, so I'll have a closer look at stuff that
needs to be done next week.
