xfce4-about bugs

Hi;

1.- I've installed de xfce4 rc3 (debianized by Madkiss), and 
when I run xfce4-about I get these errors:

* Failed to open file '/usr/share/xfce4/COPYING.html': No such 
file or directory

* Failed to open file '/usr/share/xfce4/BSD.html': No such 
file or directory

* Failed to open file '/usr/share/xfce4/LGPL.html': No such 
file or directory

* Failed to open file '/usr/share/xfce4/GPL.html': No such 
file or directory

In /usr/share/xfce4 I have COPYNG, BSD, LGPL anf GPL files 
(without .html) in the rc1 they were opened but not now.

2.- I have LC_ALL=ca_ES.UTF-8 and INFO.html.ca and 
AUTHORS.html.ca are in UTF-8, but the non ascii characters 
aren't shown fine.

I've modified these files with:
<html lang="ca">
   <head>
     <meta meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; 
charset=utf-8">
   </head>

¿It's the right approach?
