xffm install error: failed dependencies caused by dbh srpm

Hi EW:

Thank you for the updates to "libtoolize" the spec file. 

( 
FYI: The new Mandrake, 9.2, currently in beta, _still_ uses libtool 1.4.x so
that should make it easier for the users to get XFce4/xffm working since MDK
9.2 still does not have XFce4, either. 
)
