new xfwm4 version

Hi all,

There is a new xfwm4 version uploaded here:

http://www.xfce.org/archive/test/xfwm4-cvs.tar.bz2

You can try this one, it's the result of the work I've done during my
vacations. I think it should be fairly stable, and should become RC3.
