Other things that need to be fixed before RC3

Hi all,

Beside libxfce4util i18n and xfwm4 problems, Oliver reported that the
number of desktops is not correctly retored. I believe it's related to
the changes JAsper made, but I thought I reverted them all. It seems I
missed at least one.

So if someone feels like taking this issue, I would appreciate that as
I'm currently very busy with xfwm4.
