XFREE86 4.3.0 and Cursors

Erik,
Check out xinirc that ships with xfce, it's where the theme/size of the
cursor is set.
Copy /etc/xfce/xinitrc to ~/.xfce4/xinitrc, make it executable and edit
it to change the cursor theme
