Bugs in xfce-mcs-manager and xfdesktop

Hello, 

i think i discovered two bugs in xfce-mcs-manager and xfdesktop4.

1) With xfce-mcs-manager from yesterday evening, the application
seems to crash randomly when changing things in the settings manager.
For example, changing the theme in "User interface" crashes the
thing nearly reproducible. Since there is no debug-output on console,
i regret but i can't give you one.

2) AIUI, the two files in http://madkiss.org/xfce4 should in theory
give the user a debian submenu in the left-click menu of xfdesktop4.
However, with these files, there is no menu at all when doing a 
left-click. If I'm doing something foolish, can somebody enlighten 
me pelase?
