xfce4-panel i18n brokenness

Right, so i found the fix. Benedikt, in libxfce4util/i18n.h you used
PACKAGE but in the modules we use GETTEXT_PACKAGE. I changed it in CVS.
If it breaks other modules they have to be updated to use
GETTEXT_PACKAGE as well.
