nedir problems with xfwm4

hi ...

when using nedit and opening two different
nedit windows, one of them (the one that was last opened)
is 'blocked'. I can't enter anything in the edit-area
and moving around with the cursor doesn't work
either. Highlighting with the mouse doesn't work as well.
The whole edit-area is somehow frozen. 

I haven't tested it with other WM's and there
is no bug filed for NEdit with that problem.
