ANNOUNCE: xfce-utils

Thank you very much for this.  I have one question though.  How can I
install a theme in XFCE4?  I do not see anywhere in the settings window to
do this.

Also, I am looking into creating a default settings file for new
installations.  Where would this file go?  And what is its name?

If there are any small coding jobs to get me up to speed that I could do,
that would be great.
