Tom,

I have the answer to your question on IRC regarding keyboard shortcuts.

Keyboard shortcuts are now managed by a separate key theme file.

You must create your own and specify that file as key theme in your
.xfwm4rc (this is very similar to decoration theme).

e.g:

1) mkdir -p $HOME/.themes/xfwm4/mykeys.key
2) cp /usr/share/xfwm4/themes/default.keys/keythemerc
$HOME/.themes/xfwm4/mykeys.key/
3) edit $HOME/.themes/xfwm4/mykeys.key/keythemerc to customize it
4) edit $HOME/.xfwm4rc to add "keytheme=mykeys.keys"
5) You're done.

Cheers,
