[xfwm4] fullscreen file manager windows

Hi Olivier,

I use the ROX pinboard as background setter and for desktop icons.
Sometimes the fullscreen window is not kept at the bottom of the window
stack when changing desktops. It's not completely reproducible, and not
all apps are always covered by the fullscreen window, but it happens if
you click on the background and then switch to another desktop.

I don't know whether ROX or xfwm4 are to blame for this, but I just
thought I would let you know.

PS
xfce4 is starting to look more and more like a real application, I
think. The main functionality and dialogs are working now. I am now
trying to port the clock widget to gtk2. This seems to go well.
